Bagai S.r.l. uses an opt-in consent system. Necessary technologies remain active. Jetpack Stats, Bilmur and Google Analytics 4 are enabled only when visitors consent to the Statistics category; the YouTube player requires consent in the video panel or to the Marketing category.

YouTube video: note dated 5 September 2026. The Zagato Giulia SWB project page includes an optional YouTube video. The embedded player loads after you give consent in the video panel or enable the Marketing category in cookie preferences. After you refuse or withdraw consent, reloading the page blocks the player again. The “Watch the film on YouTube” link opens YouTube’s website. 2. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files that a website can store on a visitor’s device and read during the same visit or a later visit. A website may also use technologies that do not necessarily store a cookie, including scripts, pixels and requests to external servers.

A technology can be provided directly through the Bagai domain or by an external provider. Its classification depends on its purpose and on the website’s current technical configuration.

These support security, core website functions, administrative access and consent management. They are active without consent because the website cannot provide the related service correctly without them.

Preferences

These remember a visitor’s choice, such as the selected language. Bagai does not use language preferences for advertising or profiling.

Statistics and performance

These help Bagai understand how the website is used through aggregate statistics and measure its performance. They are disabled by default and load only after consent to the Statistics category.

Akismet also processes the data required for spam checking, including IP address, user agent, email address, site URL and message. The submission includes a timestamp. This technical summary was updated on 25 September 2026 to include the Nostalgear form flow. A script or external request may process technical connection data even when no cookie is stored. Bagai lists cookie names and durations only where they have been verified.

5. How consent works

On the first visit, Jetpack Stats, Bilmur, Google Analytics 4 and the YouTube player remain blocked. Statistics and external videos are optional. The banner allows visitors to accept optional technologies, refuse them or review the available categories. Necessary technologies cannot be disabled through the banner.

Refusing consent does not prevent normal browsing, and consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. After refusing or withdrawing consent, reload the page to apply your updated preferences to the YouTube player as well. Visitors may also delete identifiers already stored on their device through their browser settings.
